Delete your Printed Day account
You can delete your Printed Day account and all of your data stored on our servers at any time. This page explains how, in the app or by request, and exactly what deleting your account removes.
Delete it yourself, in the app
Printed Day has full account deletion built in — you don’t need to contact anyone to remove your account.
- Open Printed Day and go to the Account tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted. The confirm step exists so an account isn’t deleted by an accidental tap — once you confirm, there’s no undo.
As soon as you confirm, your cloud account is deleted immediately. There is no waiting period and no way to recover it afterward.
What gets deleted vs. what remains
Deleted from our servers, immediately
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Your profile (display name, username, profile photo)
- Cloud-synced receipts and photos
- Shared and collaborative scrapbook data you own or contributed
- Reactions and comments you’ve made
- Friendships and pending friend requests
- Notifications
Nothing about your account remains on our servers after deletion.
What stays on your device
Deleting your account removes your data from our servers — it doesn’t reach into your phone’s local storage. Any receipts and photos saved locally on your device stay there until you remove them, which you can do by uninstalling the Printed Day app (or by deleting them individually beforehand).
Can’t access the app?
If you no longer have access to Printed Day — a lost phone, an uninstalled app, or any other reason — you can still request deletion by emailing agenticwanderer@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. We’ll delete your account and all associated cloud data manually and confirm once it’s done.
